Written quote
Within a few working days, you get a full itemised quote. Every fixture, every hour, every material. If we recommend spending more or less in certain areas, we explain why.
We fit
Once you approve, we schedule the job. Typical single-bathroom refit takes 5–10 working days. You get a daily update. When we finish, we walk you through everything and only sign off once you're happy.

Range is wide — a straightforward like-for-like refit with mid-range fixtures typically runs £4,500 to £7,500. Complex projects (moving plumbing, wet rooms, high-end fixtures) can go higher. Every quote is itemised so you can see where the money goes.
Standard refit: 5–10 working days. If we're moving plumbing, doing a full wet room, or coordinating with a decorator, allow 2–3 weeks. We give you a specific timeline in the written quote and update daily during the job.
Either works. We can source everything for you (usually at trade discount, passed on to you), or you can supply your own. Some clients do a mix — trade-supplied for the plumbing, self-sourced for the finishes. We'll advise on what makes sense.
Small changes are usually no issue — we'll flag any cost impact before we do them. Larger changes (moving pipework, swapping fixtures for something different) we quote separately and only proceed with written approval.
For most bathroom work, we coordinate with an electrician on our approved subcontractor list — extractor fans, downlighters, heated towel rails, shaver sockets. All included in the single project quote so you're not managing multiple trades yourself.
